What we collect

Lupine Test Bakery in Denver, CO collects only what you type into our forms:

  • From the contact form: your name, email, phone number and message.
  • From the booking form: your name, email and phone number.

If you use the live-chat widget, it also receives whatever you type into it.

Why we collect it

We use your contact details to reply to your enquiry and to schedule your appointment. We do not use them for anything else.

Where it is stored

The information from our contact and booking forms is stored in our customer-relationship system.

Live chat

The chat widget on this site is operated by our messaging provider. It receives what you type into it so that we can read and answer your messages.

Text messages (SMS)

Phone numbers and SMS consent collected on this site are never sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own marketing, and are used only to message the person who opted in.

Text consent is optional and is never required to book. If you opt in, you can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

Cookies and similar tracking

This site uses a small number of cookies and similar browser storage:

  • The chat widget may set a cookie or use local storage so it can keep your conversation going while you move between pages.
  • The site may carry an analytics tag that records how pages are used, such as which pages are visited, so we can see what is useful and fix what is not.

  • Our forms are served over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
